HOW DOES PAYMENT IN 3X WITHOUT FEES WORK?

3x payment is available on all products on our site.

Choose the payment method “Payment in 3 installments – Alma” when paying for French bank cards.

 

WITH ALMA, ALL YOUR PAYMENTS ARE EASIER.

We offer you to benefit from a payment facility in several installments with our partner Alma: in 3 installments with your credit card, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

This payment in 3 installments is available for any order over €99 and within the limit of €2,500.

To date, the Alma solution is only available to adult customers with a bank card issued in France – both “classic” consumer bank cards and business cards.

The day of your purchase you are charged the first third of your purchase. You will then be deducted from the 2nd third the following month and 3rd third two months following your purchase.

Example :
You place an order on January 1, a first debit of one-third of the amount is made on January 1. The next direct debit of the second third will be made on February 1, and the third direct debit of the last third will be made on March 1.

 

HOW IS THE REFUND IF I RETURN MY ORDER?

Payment in 3x free of charge allows you to benefit from the exchange and refund conditions defined on our website.

Once the return has been accepted by us, we will request a refund from our financial partner for the amount of the returned item.

Financing granted subject to acceptance by ALMA SAS – 176 avenue Charles de Gaulle, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine – registered with the RCS Nanterre under number 839 100 575. You benefit from a legal withdrawal period for the sale to distance.

Your order contains a single item, you will then be reimbursed for the first monthly payment and the following direct debits cancelled.

If your order contains several articles, your monthly payments will then be recalculated according to the balance due.
